DOE certification (power) profile
The US Federal Code (10 CFR 430) has made it clear that an external power supply that enters the US market should achieve the minimum level of energy efficiency: level IV and clearly marked on the product. Not only that, but also mandatory requirements manufacturers, brands to the DOE to submit two important statements.
