What is RoHS testing?
RoHS is a mandatory standard developed by the EU legislation, its full name is "on the restrictions on the use of electrical and electronic equipment in the use of certain harmful ingredients" (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
The standard was officially implemented on July 1, 2006, mainly used to regulate the electrical and electronic products, materials and process standards, making it more conducive to human health and environmental protection.
       
RoHS testing product range
 RoHS covers the scope of the letter for the AC1000V, DC1500 listed below by the directory of electronic, electrical products:
1, large household appliances: refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, air conditioning, etc .;
2, small household appliances: vacuum cleaners, irons, hair dryer, oven, watches and so on;
3, IT and communications equipment: computers, fax machines, telephones, mobile phones, etc.
4, civilian devices: radio, television, video recorders, musical instruments, etc .;

RoHS testing and certification information preparation
1. Only heavy metal detection: solid need to provide about 5-10g, the liquid required to provide 5-10mL;
2. Only brominated flame retardant detection: solid to provide about 10-20g, the liquid required to provide 10-20mL;
3. To carry the heavy metal to send organic pollutant detection: to provide about 20-30g of the sample;

RoHS testing factory inspection
Do not need to carry out factory inspection, but in general RoHS will require a one-year validity. In fact, the RoHS test report itself is based on the analysis of the product, as long as your product material, production processes and processes unchanged, the test report can be long-term effective.
