VCCI certification process
1, the manufacturer or agent to the certification company to make oral or written preliminary application.
2, the applicant to fill out the application form, the application form, product manual and technical documents sent to the certification company (if necessary, also requested the company to provide a prototype).
3, the certification company to develop the program and offer.
4, the applicant to confirm the offer, return to the quotation, and the samples and related technical documents sent to the certification company.
5, the applicant to provide technical documents.
6, the certification company to the applicant to issue a charge notice, the applicant in accordance with the requirements of the charges to pay the cost of prepaid.
7, the certification company to review the technical documents and organize the relevant certification activities.
8, if the technical documents are not perfect or not using the required language, the certification company will inform the applicant to improve.
9, if the test failed, the certification company will promptly notify the applicant and according to the circumstances to decide whether to suspend the project, allowing the applicant to improve the product. The applicant shall make changes to the technical information in the original application in order to reflect the actual situation after the change.
10, the rectification fees involved in Article 9 and 10 of this page, the certification company will issue a supplementary fee notice to the applicant.
11, the applicant in accordance with the supplementary fee notice to pay the cost of rectification.
12, the certification company to provide the applicant with test reports or technical documents, and VCCI compliance certificate.
 
VCCI certification instructions
Manufacturers need to be VCCI members to use VCCI labels, the global manufacturers as long as the payment of membership fees and annual membership fees can become members of the organization. That is, customers get the product test report after the VCCI to pay membership fees and membership fees to use the VCCI label, which is the so-called local registration procedures to Japan.
Products that pass the VCCI standard will allow the correct VCCI label to be affixed to the product. The A grade label of the product must indicate that the product complies with the RF radiation terms, whereas the B grade product only needs to display the basic VCCI symbol.
Note: The certification is only for IT computer peripherals, not any electrical and electronic products are suitable, other products apply.
